RateMax for hotels is coming soon.
We're focused on attractions first so every operator we onboard gets the attention they deserve. Hotels are next on the roadmap.
- BAR auto-yielding by day-of-week and lead time
- Comp-set monitoring and compression-night detection
- Rate pushes across every channel, no manual spreadsheet
- Flat monthly fee. Zero revenue share. Same as always.
Why independent hotels lose money on static rates
Most independent properties still set rates by season and hold them, adjusting only when occupancy visibly slips. That leaves two kinds of money on the table: compression nights where the whole market is full and your rate never moved, and soft midweek dates where a small, early reduction would have filled rooms that ended up empty. Neither is a staffing problem, it is a pace problem. Rates need to react to booking pace and comp-set movement daily, not monthly.
What RateMax will do for hotel operators
RateMax watches your booking pace against the same date last year, tracks your comp set, and recommends or pushes a best available rate for every date in your window. You keep floors, ceilings, and any rate parity rules you have with your channels. The system explains every move in plain language so your front desk and ownership can see exactly why a rate changed.
Flat fee, not a share of your revenue
Revenue-share pricing punishes you for growing. RateMax charges one predictable monthly fee no matter how much extra revenue the system produces, so every dollar of lift stays with the property. That model will not change when hotels go live.
