Coming soon

RateMax for campgrounds and RV parks is coming soon.

We're focused on attractions first so every operator we onboard gets the attention they deserve. Campgrounds and RV parks are next on the roadmap.

    • Site-night yield by site class and season
    • Weekend minimums that flex with real demand
    • Seasonal floors so you never sell below your number
    • Flat monthly fee. Zero revenue share. Same as always.

One seasonal rate card cannot cover a whole season

Most parks publish a rate card in spring and live with it until fall. Holiday weekends sell out in hours, which means they were underpriced, and quiet midweek stretches sit empty at the same number. A pull-through full-hookup site and a basic tent site also do not follow the same demand curve, yet they usually move in lockstep because they share one card.

What RateMax will do for park operators

RateMax will yield site-nights by class and date, raising rates on the weekends and events that reliably compress and softening midweek dates early enough to actually fill them. Weekend minimum-stay rules flex as a date approaches instead of blocking a two-night booker out of a site that ends up empty, and seasonal floors make sure nothing ever sells below the number you set.

Flat fee, not a share of your revenue

Revenue-share tools take their largest cut in peak season, exactly when your cash flow has to carry the shoulder months. A flat monthly fee is a line item you can budget against in January and does not grow because July went well.

Campgrounds & RV Parks: common questions

Will rates change without my approval?
You keep hard floors and ceilings by site class and season, and the system operates inside them. Operators choose whether recommendations are applied automatically or reviewed first.
Does it handle different site classes?
Yes. Full-hookup pull-through, back-in, tent, and cabin or glamping inventory are priced as separate classes, because each has its own demand pattern and its own guest.
    When do campgrounds go live?
Campgrounds and RV parks are on the roadmap after attractions. Waitlist members are contacted in order as early-access spots become available.
    How much will it cost?
One flat monthly fee, no revenue share and no per-booking commission, the same model used for attractions today. Park tiers will be published before launch.
